Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us within the 14-day period. After notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Products must be unused and undamaged
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items made to order or specifically produced for you
